A different kind of workspace. A new kind of community.

Purrfect Space was created with a simple idea: what if going to work

could actually make you feel better?

We created a space that brings together co-working, community,

wellbeing and rescue cats under one roof.

Monday to Friday, Purrfect Space operates as a dedicated co-working

environment where people can work, meet and connect in the

company of our resident rescue cats. Outside co-working hours, the

space becomes a home for creative, wellbeing and social events that

bring people together.

But Purrfect Space was never designed to be just another co-working

space.

It is a community.

It is a home for rescue cats.

And it is a new way of thinking about how our workspaces can

contribute to our wellbeing and the communities around them.

We’re Ready to Grow

Following the development of our Brighton location, we are now

exploring opportunities to bring the Purrfect Space concept to

London and other major cities across the UK.

We believe Purrfect Space has strong potential in larger urban

communities where flexible and remote working, social connection

and demand for experience-led spaces continue to grow.

The concept is particularly suited to cities where people increasingly

work remotely, live alone, seek greater social connection, or simply

want an alternative to working from home or from a traditional office.

Each future Purrfect Space would retain the principles at the heart of

the original concept: community, responsible cat welfare,

wellbeing, creativity and a genuinely enjoyable place to work.

Investment & Partnership Opportunities

We are open to conversations with investors, property partners,

strategic partners and individuals or organisations interested in

helping us grow Purrfect Space.

We are particularly interested in opportunities involving:

• Expansion into London and other major UK cities

• Investment and growth partnerships

• Suitable commercial properties for future Purrfect Space locations

• Strategic brand and business partnerships

• Opportunities to introduce Purrfect Space to new communities

Our ambition is to build a network of Purrfect Spaces across the UK

while protecting the values that make the original concept special.

We are not interested in growing simply for the sake of becoming

bigger. We want to grow responsibly while protecting the identity,

purpose and community behind Purrfect Space.

Our resident cats and their welfare will always come first, and every

future location must remain genuinely community-focused.

sense of belonging.

Purrfect Space brings these things together in a format that is playful,

socially conscious and fundamentally human.

form naturally. And where rescue cats can be given safe, loving and

permanent homes.
