Purrfect Space operates a sanctuary-and-foster model under a licensed animal welfare framework. Some rescue cats are permanent residents requiring lifelong care, while others are fostered short-term and made available for adoption through accredited UK rescue charities.

Purrfect Space does not carry out adoption decisions. All assessments, home checks, fees, and placements are handled by partner charities in line with UK animal welfare legislation. The role of Purrfect Space is to provide a calm, enriched, home-like environment that supports both long-term residents and foster cats awaiting rehoming.

Once downloaded, fill out the form completely.

After completing the form, please return to this page and use the contact application form at the bottom to upload (attach) your filled-out Adoption Application Form.

Make sure to complete all required fields in the contact form, including your name, phone number, email address and message.
