Terms & Conditions

Placing a booking for co-working sessions or events at Purrfect Space requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as the House Rules available on our website and within the venue. Failure to comply with these terms or house rules may result in your booking being cancelled or your visit ending early.

Bookings & Attendance

All bookings are for the specific date, time, and duration selected at the time of purchase. Purrfect Space is a professional co-working and wellbeing environment, not a cat café or

social venue. Guests are expected to attend with the genuine intention of working, studying, or participating in booked events.

Cats are resident animals, and their presence is part of the environment but not guaranteed during any session or event.

Cancellations & Changes Co-Working Bookings

●  Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund.

●  Changes to booking dates may be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

●  Cancellations or change requests made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Event Bookings

●  Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event are eligible for a refund.

●  Changes to event dates may be requested up to 48 hours before the event, subject to

availability.

●  Cancellations or change requests made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Important Notice Regarding Exceptions

We do not offer exceptions to these policies under any circumstances.
Requests for refunds or changes outside the stated notice periods, including those based on personal circumstances, emergencies, or unforeseen events, will not receive a response.

This policy exists so we can operate fairly, consistently, and sustainably. Purrfect Space is an animal-welfare-led business, and making exceptions places financial and operational risk on the long-term care of our resident rescue cats.

Feline Store – Returns & Refunds

Purchases made from the Feline Store at Purrfect Space are eligible for a return or refund within 14 days of purchase, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

● Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
● Items must be returned in their original packaging
● Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them

will not be accepted
● Items returned without original packaging may be refused

As a small, local business working closely with independent artists and makers, we kindly ask customers to choose carefully before purchasing.
The following items are non-refundable:

●  Original artworks and commissioned pieces

●  Custom or personalised items

●  Gift cards

●  Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Refunds will not be issued for items that are:

●  Damaged after purchase

●  Returned incomplete

●  Returned with marks, stains, or signs of use

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos, so we can assess the issue and advise next steps.

Prices & Payments

Prices vary depending on the service booked, including co-working passes, bundles, and events.
All current prices are listed on our website at the time of booking. Confirmed and paid bookings remain valid even if prices change later.

There is no entrance fee to Purrfect Space. Access is granted only through valid bookings.

Accessibility & Special Requirements

Guests with accessibility needs or special requirements must contact us before booking. While our ground-floor co-working space is accessible, we cannot guarantee changes to seating, room allocation, or event arrangements after booking.

Certain areas of the space may not be accessible due to the building’s layout. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

Animal Welfare & Risk Acknowledgement

By entering Purrfect Space, you acknowledge that you are entering a venue that is home to live animals.

Every reasonable care is taken to protect both guests and cats; however, there is always a possibility of minor scratches or accidental contact. If an incident occurs, please notify a member of staff immediately so appropriate assistance can be provided.

Purrfect Space cannot be held responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings caused by cats.

Guests with cat allergies, as well as those who are pregnant, should seek medical advice prior to booking. Visits are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

Cats may be resting or unavailable during your visit. This is their home, and their routines must always be respected.

Behaviour & House Rules

All guests must follow the House Rules at all times.
Any guest who disturbs others, ignores staff guidance, or causes stress to the cats may be asked to leave immediately.

No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to rule breaches, including for bundles or multi-session passes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purrfect Space shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage incurred while on the premises. Any liability is limited to the total value of the booking in question.

Lost Property

All personal property is brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
