Group Booking Cancellation Policy (4+ Guests)

For any group booking of four (4) or more guests, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will receive a 20% refund of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable (0% refund).

• No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Please note:
Group bookings significantly impact space capacity, staffing arrangements, and cat welfare ratios. For this reason, we are unable to offer full refunds on group reservations.

By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.

House Rules

• Purrfect Space is a professional co-working environment. Please attend with the intention of working, studying, or creating.

• This is not a cat café or play space. The cats’ presence is a calming bonus, not the main activity.

• Please keep the space quiet and respectful at all times. Loud conversations, phone calls, sudden noises, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

• Be mindful that other guests may be working, focusing, or managing sensory needs.

• Cats live here and must always be treated with respect.

• Do not chase, pick up, call, follow, or actively seek attention from cats.

• Cat interaction is never guaranteed and only happens if a cat chooses to approach you.

• You may gently stroke a cat only if it voluntarily stays near you and appears relaxed.

• Never wake sleeping cats or disturb them while resting.

• Brief, gentle interaction is acceptable if a cat approaches you naturally.

• Stopping work to actively play with cats is not permitted during working hours. Excessive interaction with cats can be disruptive and stressful for both people working and animals.

• We offer designated relaxed periods called Soft Hours, when slightly more interaction with cats is welcome, provided it remains calm and gentle.

• Soft Hours are: 9:00–9:30, 12:00–13:00, and 16:30–17:00.

• Outside Soft Hours, interaction with cats should remain minimal.

• Even during Soft Hours, please remain mindful that others may continue working.

• Please wash your hands on arrival.

• Hand sanitiser is available throughout the space.

• Do not feed cats under any circumstances.

• All food and treats are managed solely by our team for health and welfare reasons.

• On occasional staff-led treat days, guests may be given a treat on arrival to use during Soft Hours only.

• Guests who disturb others, ignore staff guidance, or cause stress to the cats may be asked to leave.

• No refunds will be issued for any passes or bundles in cases of rule breaches.

• By entering Purrfect Space, you agree to respect these house rules and help us maintain a calm, safe environment for people and cats.
