Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

As Purféct Space functions as a professional coworking environment, all guests must respect the space and the animals:

● Maintain a quiet atmosphere; avoid noise or disruptive behaviour.

● Do not chase, pick up or actively pursue cats for attention.

● Cat interaction is not guaranteed; it happens only if the cat chooses to approach you.

● You may stroke a cat only if it voluntarily stays near you.

● Guests who disturb others or cause stress to the cats will be asked to leave.

● No refunds will be issued for any pass in cases of rule breaches (including Bundles).
