Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before your booking time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Purféct Space is primarily a workspace, not a cat café or a play area. To maintain a calm, professional atmosphere, all guests must follow these guidelines:

● No noise, shouting, loud calls or disturbing other guests.

● Do not chase, pick up, follow or coax cats for interaction.

● Cats may approach you on their own terms; interaction is not guaranteed.

● You may gently pet a cat only if the cat willingly comes to you and chooses to stay near you.

● Guests who repeatedly disturb others or stress the cats will be asked to leave.

● Refunds are not provided under any circumstances in cases of rule violations (including Day Pass and Bundle holders).
